Installation photographs of the group exhibition 'Summer Collection '97' which was held at the South London Gallery from 30 July to 31 August 1997. It included works by Anna Best, Juan Cruz, Ritsuko Hidaka, Matts Liederstam, Jason Maling, Joao Penalva, Gary Perkins, Hanna Styrmisdottir, Charlotte Mew, Steve Jensen.
The artists were invited to respond to works from the gallery’s permanent collection.

Summer Collection ’97 was initiated by students on the MA Fine Arts Administration and Curatorship course at Goldsmiths College and curated by Marina Fokidis, Heather Galbraith and Bettina Wilhelm.
