An album of newspaper cuttings and ephemera relating to exhibitions at the South London Art Gallery, including: ‘Victorian Narrative Paintings: Third Series’ (1959); ‘International Exhibition of Children's Art and Crafts (Sponsored by the Daily Worker)’ (1959); ‘Commonwealth Technical Training: Careers Exhibition’ (1961); ‘New Patterns for Old Boroughs’ (1961); ‘Paintings by Art Teachers in South London’ (1962); ‘Collecting Art for London's Schools (1964)’; and ‘Southwark Plans and Builds’ (1968).

There are also cuttings about plans to restore the South London Art Gallery in the mid-1960s (after it was damaged during the Second World War).
