Catalogue of the exhibition 'Mid Victorian Art Draughtsmen and Dreamers', held at the South London Art Gallery from 22 October to 10 November 1971.

The catalogue is divided into the following sections: Portraits and Figure Studies; Tales with a Moral; Vision of Childhood; Legends and Fairy Tales; In the Country; The Lighter Side; Technical Achievement; The Railway Age; 19th Century London; Sketches from Abroad (four works by John Ruskin, one by Lord Frederic Leighton); The Craft Movement (one work by Sir Edward Burne-Jones, two by William Morris and two by Walter Crane); and Trade Cards, Playing Cards, etc. There were 120 exhibits in total.
